Delivery Charges
1. STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery times are 3-4 working days, but at peak periods please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. 2. NEXT DAY DELVIERY: Price calculated on weight at check-out. MAINLAND UK ONLY. All orders over £50.00 require a signature upon delivery. Delivery Mondays to Fridays only. For next day deliveries, the order must be received by midday the day before the delivery is required. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and advise you of the expected delivery date. Deliveries to the following destinations may take 48 hours: Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Western Isles, Inverness, Isles of Skye, Arran, Cumbrae, Kirkwall, Orkney, Paisley, Isles of Jura, Colonsay, Coll, Eigg, Rhum and Canna, Perth, Holy Island, Isles of Scilly, Shetland Isles and Northern Ireland. There are no deliveries to the Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Standard and delivery charges apply to MAINLAND UK only. Orders shipping outside MAINLAND UK require additional shipping and postage. Once we receive your order, you will be emailed the additional shipping charges and instructions on how to pay them through the website. 3. RETURN POLICY WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY? We would like to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible and we offer up to 7 days to make your mind up about your order. If we receive the returned item within 7 days of the receipt of your order, we will exchange or refund it, no questions asked. Please note the Vajazzle.me body art crystal are non-refundable or exchangeable if the packaging has been damaged in any way.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS? We try to process returns as quickly as possible, it can, however, take up to twenty-one days when we are very busy. Please note that the refund will be credited to the card used to make the purchase. Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. In the interest of hygiene underwear (bikinis, thongs and hot pants) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable) so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. 4. PAYMENT AND TAXES We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. 5. Our Guarantee To You If your credit or debit card is used fraudulently to buy from our website, then we will assume liability for the first £50.00 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the remaining amount. We will do our very best to work with your credit card company in order to minimise inconvenience to you. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change without prior notification to you. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received after 1.00 pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following working day for a 3 to 4 working day delivery.
